A Lasting
Tribute
A Memorial Mosaic
for Mrs Mouter
A collaborative artwork
created with love by the
children of Didsbury Church of England Primary School.
Honouring a
Much Loved Teacher
The mosaic was created in memory of Mrs Mouter a passionate music teacher who touched so many lives.
Pupils drew their ideas to celebrate her love of music, kindness and joy she brought to the school. These drawings were combined into a bespoke design, full of color, movement and meaning.
The children then played an important part in building the mosaic, helping to place the tiles and bring the artwork to life.
It now sits proudly in the school playground - a beautiful and lasting tribute to a truly special person.

A COMMUNITY EFFORT
The mosaic was a true collaboration. From the initial drawings to the final tile, the children were involved every step of the way. Using pre-cut tiles made it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, allowing the children to experience the excitement of creating something that will be cherished for generations. It was a joy and a privilege to work with such a wonderful school community.
